The Central Emergency Interventions Unit in Taiz province is actively working to reopen and rehabilitate roads damaged by recent floods in the Maqbanah district.

Eng. Badr al-Din al-Tayyar, the representative of the Interventions Unit for Taiz and Lahj provicnes, stated that technical field teams are diligently carrying out their tasks in flood-affected areas, including Akhdhu’a A’la, al-Hijr, al-Dhanb, Bidha, Bani Saif, al-Malhadha, and along al-Nasr Hospital Road in Saqm.

He expressed gratitude for the unit’s efforts in supplying road construction equipment and cement, which are also being used to rehabilitate 97 wells that were buried by the floods.
