Caretaker FM congratulates Libyan counterpart


The Minister of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker government, Engineer Hisham Sharaf, sent a cable of congratulations to the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Interim Government of National Unity ,Al Tahir Salem Mohamed Al Bour .

Sharaf congrats Al Bour on the occasion of his country’s celebration of National Day.
