The Women’s Development Department in Bilad al-Rus, Sana’a province on Wednesday organized a speech event in Wa’lan to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birth.
The event highlighted the importance of reflecting on the Prophet’s teachings and emulating his virtues.
The occasion featured speeches emphasizing the deep-seated tradition of honoring the Prophet and drew attention to the significance of following his guidance.
Following the event, local women staged a solidarity demonstration supporting the Palestinian people and condemning the ongoing violence in Gaza.
They criticized the international community’s inaction and reaffirmed their commitment to Palestinian resistance and the goal of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
