Photo feature by Fawaz Al-Otaibi BEIRUT, Many people, after Saturdays’ sunrise, converge towards “Souk El Tayyib,” a popular farmers’ market, where prices are reasonable for all community classes.

The bazaar, founded in 2004, displays various products made from natural organic materials, including deli food from the villages.

Situated on a small plot of land on Mar Mikhail Street on the eastern side of the capital, it showcases locally-made clothes, artisanal produce and handcrafted items.

Not only locals are found among the crowds, but also foreign tourists who keenly come to buy the genuine products brought from various rural regions of the Mediterranean country.
