A joint force from the National Security Service, in cooperation with the Babylon Police, arrested a drug dealer today, Monday, in his possession of more than ten thousand narcotic pills and an unlicensed weapon in an ambush in one of the districts north of Hillah.
A source in the force said, “Based on intelligence information, an ambush was set up for the drug dealer in the Jablah district, north of Hillah, and he was arrested.
He added that the police transferred the accused to the competent authorities for investigation.
