The finance and tax offices, along with executive units for qat taxes and real estate revenues in Amran province on Wednesday held an event to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Secretary-General Saleh al-Makhlos emphasized the significance of the occasion for Yemenis, urging the instillation of religious values and the support of oppressed Palestinians.
Province undersecrectary Hassan al-Ashqas and Finance Director Adel Kaaiba reaffirmed Yemen’s commitment to celebrating the Prophet’s birth annually, regardless of opposition, as a testament to their devotion and to draw lessons from the Prophet’s life.
