Media affiliated with the Hamas movement said today, Saturday, that a leader in the movement was killed as a result of an Israeli strike on a car in the West Bank, while the Israeli army said that its aircraft targeted a cell of militants.

The Palestinian News and Information Agency (Wafa) reported that 4 other bodies were recovered following an Israeli bombing that targeted a vehicle in Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.

Hamas sources said that one of the leaders of the Qassam Brigades in Tulkarm was killed in the Israeli bombing that targeted a Palestinian vehicle carrying fighters.

Reports indicated that the leader killed in the Israeli bombing is Haitham Nour al-Din Balidi, 25 years old, a resident of Tulkarm camp.

For its part, the Israeli army said that a drone targeted a cell of militants.
