America’s bias towards usurping entity threatens survival of Security Council resolution “ink on paper”

In light of the continued American bias towards the usurping Zionist enemy entity.

Political analysts predicted that the latest UN Security Council resolution on the ceasefire in Gaza will remain a “dead letter.”

Since the first moment of the start of the blessed “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle on the seventh of last October, America has volunteered to defend the occupying Zionist entity and adopts repeating its lies and its absolute political and military support in a continuous aggression that left more than 37,000 martyrs and tens of thousands wounded and missing, in a blatant bias to the crime of genocide.

Observers believe that this is no longer a matter that White House officials are ashamed of, so that the political arena no longer differentiates between the Zionist Foreign Minister and the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who comes to the region carrying his Jewish character in front of him, boasting of absolute support for murder and bloodshed;

On Monday, the UN Security Council adopted a US draft r
esolution aimed at reaching a comprehensive three-phase ceasefire agreement to end the war in Gaza, which was adopted by 14 votes in favor and Russia abstaining, under which the first phase includes “an immediate and complete ceasefire with the release of hostages and the exchange of Palestinian prisoners.”

The second phase will see a permanent cessation of hostilities “in exchange for the release of all other hostages still in Gaza and the complete withdrawal of Zionist forces from Gaza,” and in the third phase, a “major multi-year reconstruction plan for Gaza” will begin.

In this context, Dr. Raed Debi, a professor of political science at An-Najah University in Nablus, said in press statements to the official Chinese news agency “Xinhua”: “It is clear that the US proposal in the Security Council is not a ceasefire, and the proof of this is the position of Russia, which reserved the resolution and its representative said: “We do not know what it is that Israel will commit to.”

He added: “It is also clear
that this proposal since it was put forward in its first draft was the subject of great controversy, as the United States was claiming that Israel agreed to the first draft and demanded that Hamas approve it, and after pressure from Arab and non-Arab countries, the clause was changed to demand that both sides agree.” He pointed out that the first draft of the resolution talked about a Palestinian state through negotiations, then this was changed to a “two-state solution” and the word negotiations was canceled.

This shows that the United States is not serious and has not left the space of siding with Israel and even partnering with it.

The United States is no longer politically or morally qualified to play a role that can protect victims, especially as it is part of the killing of children, women and the elderly who are killed by American weapons, he said.

In turn, Palestinian political analyst Talal Okal predicted that the Zionist entity will not implement the UN resolution, even if America submitted the d
raft resolution. “Simply put, we can say that the Security Council resolution will remain a dead letter, because Israel depends entirely and fundamentally on the United States, which is a key partner in the war on Gaza, and it gives the Zionist entity political and economic cover in achieving far-fetched goals in its war on Gaza,” he said.

He added: “We know very well that Israel does not abide by international resolutions and the Security Council resolution is only one of the games of America and Israel to cover up the Zionist massacres in the Gaza Strip, such as the massacres of Rafah, Jabalia and Nuseirat.”

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Al-Farabi Center for Studies in Egypt, Dr. Mokhtar Ghobashy, said: “The problem of the American proposal to stop the war in Gaza is that the proposal does not explicitly pledge a ceasefire, a complete Zionist withdrawal from Gaza, or the issue of reconstruction within a certain time.”

He stressed that the Zionist massacres against the Palestinian people comp
licate the pace of reaching a consensus between Hamas and the usurping entity, as the enemy forces committed massacres in Nuseirat and before that in Jabalia camp, Shifa Hospital and Nasser Hospital.

Ghobashi warned that the development of the Palestinian-Zionist conflict may lead to an explosion in the Middle East, especially if the conflict rags within the Lebanese arena or the conflict develops in the Red Sea with the participation of the Yemeni armed forces, or the Iraqi resistance factions indulge in the conflict and start targeting US military bases that stand firmly behind this usurping entity.

The political circles in the Palestinian resistance and the whole world realize that “America has not been an honest broker since the beginning of the war”, and this is evidenced by the American veto that obstructed UN resolutions calling for an end to the aggression, and America still boasts of giving its spoiled child (the Zionist entity) in the region an open check with weapons to confirm its absolute partn
ership in aggression against the Palestinian people in all its forms, the latest of which is the Nuseirat massacre.

In this regard, the Secretary-General of the National Initiative Movement, Mustafa Barghouti, confirmed in press statements that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is acting as if he is the foreign minister of the Zionist entity, and is working to acquit him, despite the fact that the entity is the one who opposed the Security Council resolution and the proposals of US President Joe Biden.

Barghouti says that Blinken is engaged in a dangerous game aimed at absolving Israel of its responsibility in rejecting and obstructing negotiations, while the resistance accepted the Council’s decision and Biden’s proposal, and entered the negotiation process, according to Safa Agency.

Barghouti explained that the US position only wants to exonerate Netanyahu and blame the Palestinian resistance, which showed high flexibility in negotiating the proposal with its remarks on rejecting a complete withdrawal
.

It is noteworthy that America used the veto in favor of the Zionist entity more than 45 times, and covers up its crimes and aggression, and more than once jumps on the war crimes and genocide practiced in Gaza and denies it publicly through its President Biden, and more than that it threatened to punish the International Criminal Court.

The Palestinian writer and political analyst Ibrahim Hamami confirms that this blind and crude American bias towards the Zionist entity prompted Blinken, through his statements, to accuse the resistance of obstructing an agreement, which proves that America is leading the aggression on Gaza, and that it is the one who negotiates on behalf of this entity.

Hammami stressed that America lies in everything about aggression and negotiations, and therefore cannot be neither a mediator nor a guarantor of any agreement; even more so he stresses that it is “the official sponsor of genocide.”

It is worth mentioning that the resistance, according to what observers see, is based in
its negotiations on its strength in the field and what it has accomplished during nine months of war and inflicting heavy losses on the usurping entity, and is also based on the fact that its demands are legitimate to achieve what the Palestinian people aspire to, even if temporarily, but what the Zionist entity and America face in negotiating with Hamas and the resistance has not been used by Washington and Tel Aviv in negotiations with the Palestinians, especially since the Oslo Agreement, as what was offered to them was accepted This was aided by pressure exerted by some Arab states on the PLO leadership at the time.

In conclusion… Observers rule out that the tug-of-war in the truce negotiations will continue until the field says its word again, and the government of the Zionist enemy realizes that the possible space in front of it is a final ceasefire to stop the war and prevent its spread to Lebanon, and the entry of the usurping entity into a circle that is difficult to get out of to try to return to
before the battle of “Al-Aqsa flood…”There is no longer any doubt that America will continue to practice a policy of blind bias towards this entity that it has pursued with it since the beginning of its occupation of Palestine.
