Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani congratulated the CEO of EarthLink in Iraq, Chairman of the Fiber Optic Delivery Council for the Middle East and North Africa, Alaa Jassim, on the occasion of his selection as Chairman of the Global Alliance of Fiber Optic Delivery Councils (FCGA), in its next session, which includes the fiber optic councils of the six continents.
Al-Sudani said in a statement to his office, “By achieving this achievement, Jassim is the first Iraqi to lead the alliance, in its global efforts to promote the adoption of fiber optic technologies and strengthen cooperation within the field of fiber optic communications.
