First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, denounced what the Israeli occupation authorities do on a daily basis against our Palestinian brothers.
Al-Mandalawi stressed today, Wednesday, during the inauguration of the thirty-second session of the Executive Committee of the Arab Parliamentary Union, which is hosted by Baghdad with the participation of 18 countries, that this important meeting of the heads of delegations of the participating countries coincides with political developments and extremely dangerous local and international circumstances, pointing out the importance of its work achieving the desired results that our peoples are waiting for, which rely greatly on our parliaments that constitute our union, and that it contributes to building more bridges of communication and cooperation between Arab brothers.
The session president expressed, according to a statement from his media office, his sincere condolences and sympathy to both the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Libya for what happened to them as a result of the devastating earthquake, hurricane and torrential rains that claimed the lives of thousands of brothers, asking God Almighty to have mercy on the victims and grant a speedy recovery to the injured.
According to the statement, Al-Mandalawi denounced what the Israeli occupation authorities do on a daily basis against our Palestinian brothers, and their blatant violations of the holy places, violating all legitimate and international conventions and resolutions.
