Baghdad: The head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, President of the Arab Journalists Federation, Muayyad Al-Lami, called Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi for a serious stance to amend the Journalists’ Retirement Law and amend its provisions. He said, ‘We at the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate have prepared a complete law that meets all the requirements of journalists, and it needs the support of the House of Representatives to proceed with its legislation and approval.’
