The Secretary-General of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Sheikh Qais Khazali, received at his headquarters in Baghdad, today, Sunday, the head of the Arabism Alliance, MP Sheikh Wasfi Al-Asi.
During the meeting, according to a statement from Khazali’s office, the latest developments in the political scene and the events that Iraq and the region are experiencing were discussed.
Sheikh Al-Khazali stressed in his speech the need to unify efforts and strive to end the pending problems in order to expedite the legislation of laws that the Iraqi citizen is waiting for.
For his part, the guest MP praised the great national role of Sheikh Al-Khazali in national issues, especially in Kirkuk, and extended his congratulations on the occasion of the convening of the second general conference of the Sadiqun Movement.
