The Secretary-General of the Asaib Ahl al-Haq movement, Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, and the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim, stressed the necessity of resolving the position of Speaker of Parliament.
The media office of Asaib Ahl al-Haq movement stated in a statement, ‘The Secretary-General of Asaib Ahl al-Haq movement, Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, received in his office in Baghdad today, Saturday, the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim,’ pointing out that ‘the two sides discussed the general political situation in the country and the need to advance reality of economic services, providing services in the governorates, and ways to solve all problems that obstruct their implementation, and that the implementation of these projects be in harmony with the plans and programs of the federal government.’
It added, “Sheikh Khazali and Sayyed Al-Hakim also stressed during the meeting the necessity of resolving the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives.
