National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Araji arrived in the Belgian capital, Brussels, today, Monday, at the head of a high-ranking official delegation, to participate in the first session of the high-level dialogue with NATO, which will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, and to meet with officials of the European Union and the Belgian side.
