Baghdad: Member of Baghdad Provincial Council, Rana Al-Jubouri, announced her joining to Taqaddam Party, a few days after she officially withdrew from membership in Al-Azm Alliance, and chose to work as an independent member in Baghdad Council.
Al-Jubouri is the chair of the Strategic Planning Committee in the local government of Baghdad Provincial Council.
