A Turkish man killed another one following a social dispute arrested in Erbil

The Erbil Security Service (Asayish) announced today, Thursday, the arrest of a Turkish resident who killed another one following a social dispute in the Mulla Omer complex in the governorate.

A statement by the Service’s media stated, ‘On April 29 last, in the Mulla Omer Complex, affiliated with Erbil Governorate, a Turkish citizen named (M, Kh, T) attacked and killed another one of the same nationality, and after investigations, the name of the murdered person was revealed (Ismail) and the reason for the attack was a social case,’ noting that ‘the perpetrator was arrested by the Asayish Sultanate of Erbil after issuing an arrest warrant against him.’

The statement added, ‘After investigations, it was found that another person accused of the crime under the name (C, A, A), who holds the same nationality, helped the criminal in his crime,’ noting that ‘the other accused helped the criminal to escape outside Erbil and carries the name (J, M, N), the three accused were arrested.’

He pointed out, ‘The accused
(M, Kh, T) confessed to his crime and also admitted that he was a fugitive from justice in another murder case he committed in Turkey.’
