A source in the Nineveh Police told the Iraqi National News Agency / NINA / that “the security forces arrested a gang specialized in blackmailing citizens inside Mosul, and took them to the headquarters of the Nineveh Police Command to investigate with them and present them to the Iraqi judiciary.
