Turkish security sources stated in a media circular today, Tuesday, that the female leader of the PKK organization and its military wing, the YPG, Hazal Balga, was neutralized following a security operation in Amuda area in the Syrian province of Hasakah, after monitoring and surveillance operations.

The security sources stated in their media circular that ” Balga “, nicknamed “Jinda Gundekramo”, was preparing to carry out a suicide operation inside Turkey, which required the urgent operation to neutralize her in northeastern Syria before she entered Turkish territory.

The security sources said that the terrorist leader was involved in recruiting dozens of Syrians within the separatist organization, which she joined in 2004, and was among the names wanted by the Turkish authorities on terrorism charges.

She also underwent training in the “PKK/YPG
