A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that a civilian was killed by unknown gunmen near al-Had al-Akhdhar area of Al-Abara district, northeast of Baquba.
He added that the incident was criminal due to old disputes according to initial investigations. Indicating that the security services arrested two suspects in connection with the incident.
